Just like in the Pacific Northwest, rainy and temperate climates usually mean a lot of coffee shops, and Sitka is no exception. Gear up for a big day of activities with a tall iced coffee or a creamy latte from one of our numerous coffee spots.
Highliner Coffee Co.
Roasting and serving up their own beans since 1994, Highliner Coffee Co. is a favorite among locals. In addition to gourmet espresso drinks and freshly-roasted coffee, they offer a full line of in-house pastries and baked goods, like bagels, cookies, cakes, and muffins. They recently are under new ownership and a fresh, modern interior. However, some of the iconic black and white commercial fishing photos are still on display, bringing together the new and the old.
